Team of 8 is Enough

Each team has 4 members, and cannot add up to more than 8 points based on team member masterpoints.  Here's how it works:
0-199 masterpoints = 1 point
200-999 masterpoints = 2 points
1000+ masterpoints = 3 points
We encourage all teams to include at least one new player with less than 200 masterpoints.
